The Colors of the Web

Color theories tell us that certain colors convey meaning, such as red being a symbol of power, and blue one of peace and tranquility.  Many times, marketers and graphic designers will utilize these theories to help brand their products and direct their sales campaigns.  An analysis was done in 2010 that placed the color of 100 web-based logos on the color spectrum.  Today’s infographic is the result.
