Daily Video — “The Scientific Power of Naps”

If you’re like me, right around 3:00 in the afternoon you start to feel a little groggy.  I generally go for a fresh cup of coffee or other highly caffeinated beverage to help fight this fatigue — but I know I would rather have a “power nap” right about then instead.  Did you know that is has been scientifically proven that the power nap is the most beneficial way to fight the mid-day groggies?  Today’s video helps explain the science and reasoning behind the power nap.
