For some reason on Friday I always have food on the brain, and I know that one of my favorite go-to meals both at home and on the road is tacos (maybe only a close second to pizza).  How did this Mexican dish make it to all corners of the country and become such a greatly popular meal?  Today’s infographic helps shed some light on that for us.
