The Christmas Tree Deconstructed
Less than a week away and many of us who celebrate already have our Christmas trees up and decorated. I remember as a kid though, not seeing the tree, decorated or not until Christmas morning, because that was part of Santa’s magic and he always got our tree up and decorated (stringy tinsel and all!) when he visited on Christmas Eve. Nowadays with my own kids, I take the burden off the big guy and take care of it myself. But why and how did the tree become a mainstay of our holiday traditions and how has it changed over the years? Today’s infographic from Christmas Tree Market shows you! [VIA]
